Architected and led the full redevelopment of this sales enablement platform — replacing legacy third-party software with a scalable Angular/React frontend and PHP/Node.js/MySQL backend. Migrated infrastructure to cloud with less than 1% downtime, improving deployment speed by 30%. Led a Rocket Mortgage integration that reduced data processing time by 50% and improved data accuracy. Implemented DevOps automation with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. As Director, drove NHC 5.x platform modernization including multi-tenant and white-label foundations, contributing to $1M+ revenue in year one with adoption across 30+ internal teams.
Property Tax Analytics Prototype
A personal exploration project combining AI, public data sources, and visualization to tackle complex property tax aggregation challenges. Rapidly pulls, organizes, and visualizes county-level property tax data across 3,200+ counties and 36,000+ county subdivisions in the US. Leverages AI to analyze assessment ratios, map taxing districts, scan public sources, and integrate census data — helping real estate investors, homebuyers, and analysts evaluate properties with more precise financial predictions.
New Home OS
Designed and built from the ground up in close coordination with the founder, translating his vision into a unified platform layer across sales, mortgage, incentives, commissions, and the buyer journey — acting as the system of record and intelligence for how homes get sold. New Home OS unifies fragmented data (sales, mortgage status, incentives, backlog, and buyer progress), creates a real deal timeline with risk visibility, and protects margin while increasing probability-to-close. AI acts as the multiplier — interpreting operational data into clear next steps, flagging risk early, and helping agents, finance, and leadership make better decisions faster.
